Lack of instructions as how to operate the TV. and other appliances. Also what to do with refuse? . Shower was good but drips all night. Bed was slightly uncomfortable being given hard pillows but also foot end higher than head end, felt giddy. Bathroom mirror too high - not able to see oneself. Apart from that, nice quiet location, very secure , excellent hot and cold water and plenty of toiletries supplied.

Beautiful property súper confortable beds !! Clean and beautiful Bathrooms and the host was the best he helped us with taking care of our luggage in another sister properties while we tour the castle before our checkin time !! He was super helpful !! I recomend these place 10/10

The main complaint we have is that the washing machine wasn’t working. We especially booked this place because it had a washing machine, but we couldn’t use it. The room wasn’t the cleanest as we found coins and other things on the floor, something we interpreted as not a thorough cleaning. The staff was friendly and they did let us use their employee-only washing machine and drier in the basement but we had to constantly go downstairs to do laundry, check if the clothes were already dry, etc. The location is great, and overall it was a good stay. But they do need to work on those details.
